• Any commission starts with a two way conversation, preferably by phone, otherwise by email or text (not instagram or facebook DM). I will explain the process and we'll determine size, medium, method, timeline and anything else needed to create a work that matches your vision.  Look around the site to get a sense of the price range of my works. Generally speaking any commissioned work smaller than murals start at $2500. A single person portrait at 24x36 in oil or acrylic on canvas is $3000. Each additional person or pet adds $1000. Murals start at $4000 plus travel expenses as a minimum with a rough estimate of $30/sq ft for average complexity work. That price includes the design phase prepared prior to execution at full scale for approval and one included round of edits.
• For any custom work, whether a portrait, landscape or mural, a 50% downpayment is required that starts the process of planning, designing and creating the work, payable only through Paypal or Stripe - no checks, money orders, or other payment methods.
• You will receive an invoice by email from Paypal which spells out in detail the specifics of the commission and the terms which serves as a contract for and protects all parties from fraud. You do not need a Paypal account to make payment in response to an invoice, any legitimate debit or credit card will work.
• I will start work on the commission after receipt of the downpayment. When the work is complete, a second invoice for the balance will be sent and paid prior to the work being shipped or delivered.
